Walking in Faith: Embracing Half-Day Hours 

 

Greetings, Friends and Family.

We're humbled and excited to share the news of a significant change that has unfolded within our journey of faith and service.  Since the days of Covid we've transitioned to half-day operating hours, and we'd love to take a moment to share the beautiful reasons behind this decision.  Even though some of the team stays after 12:00 to perform the needed surgeries for the day, we feel this decision has helped our mental and spiritual health.  Here are some of the reasons we feel good about our decision.

 

Aligning with God's Design:

 In the book of Genesis, God ordained a rhythm of rest by creating the Sabbath. We are embracing this divine pattern by incorporating half-day hours, allowing some of our team to find rest, renewal, and a deeper connection with God. 

 

Nurturing Spiritual Growth:

Our faith reminds us that growth happens not only in work but also in moments of reflection and worship. With half-day hours, we're creating opportunity for our team members to dedicate time to personal devotion, prayer, and studying God's word... should they chose to do that.

 

Reclaiming Time for Family:

Family is a cornerstone of our faith, and we believe in cherishing those God-given bonds. By operating during half days, we're enabling our team to invest quality time with their families, fostering stronger relationships and creating lasting memories.

Our Savior's teachings inspire us to be compassionate, understanding, and patient. By allowing our team members more time for self-care and rejuvenation, we're better equipped to serve you with a heart full of grace and a mind at peace. 💡
